2# Velveeta (a box)
1 cup jalapeno peppers chopped (I used the canned ones)
1 cup fine chopped onion
1 pint Miracle Whip
Keep cheese at room temperature(soft)
Combine all ingredients and mix with a hand mixer. It will get creamy with some lumps.
Best served at room temp but can be heated in microwave.

They make this right at your table.
1 Avocado
1 pinch of Salt
1 tbs chopped Jalapenos
1 tbs diced Tomatoes
1 tbs chopped Onion
1 tbs chopped Cilantro
2 squeezes Lime
Smash all together. Serve with tortilla chips or Fritos.
I adjust the recipe according to however many avocados I use. This was a big hit at Christmas. AND, since I made a large batch I did use a mixer.
