Oatmeal Cookies

1 1/4 cup softened butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tspn vanilla
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tspn baking soda
1/2 tspn salt
1 tspn cinnamon
1/4 tspn nutmet
3 cups Oats

Mix 5 ingrediants together. In a separate bowl, mix dry ingrediants (minus oats) and add to wet mix slowly. Slowly add in oats to the mixture until fully mixed. Bake @ 350*
